The Effect of Communication, Motivation, and Work Stress on the Performance of Hospital Employees dr. Soebandi

During the COVID-19 pandemic RSD. dr. Soebandi is primary referral hospital, so it required to provide excellent service, supported by 1049 employees, consisting of 435 nurses, 108 doctors, 277 administrative staff, and 229 other staff. However, results initial observations show that performance hospital services still does not meet target achievement standardized himself national realization standards. This research was conducted in inpatient room with a population 208 respondents sample 137 respondents. The showed partial communication positively affects employee tcount 2,430. There influence between motivation on 2.776. effect work stress 4,290 at significance level 0.000. At same time, simultaneous communication, motivation, RSD employees. Soebandi. So can be concluded have positive significant both partially simultaneously, hypothesis accepted.
